Cyberpunk 2077: Exploring the World with Must-Visit Locations

Cyberpunk 2077 is a massive game where you can spend days looking at alleyways and going up and down to new locations during missions. Still, you wouldn’t be completely exploring the game. You can also drive around the city cruising in your favorite car or bike and simmer in all the atmosphere around you.

This immersion in the game is further enhanced due to the careful curation from the designers, where everything is handcrafted. Still, in a city as big as this, there are bound to be many locations that are memorable and worth visiting during your playthrough. We discuss some of these locations as we look into in this article. So, take your time revisiting these locations and enjoy while playing the game.

1. Jig-Jig Street

How can we not start the Cyberpunk 2077 article with a must-have location in the most open world, bold enough to do it, games: the red-light district of Night City? You can find love, companionship, new missions, dangers, and more here. It’s not just for illicit activities but also to see the underbelly side of the vibrant city. How prostitution, information selling, and crime show you the dark and despair of the denizens of this district.

Keep your wits about you when exploring this area. The eye candy might take you to somewhere you didn’t want to go. Still, explore this region at your leisure and have fun soaking it all up whenever you can.

2. Heavy Hearts Club

This is the place you go if you want to finally put a face to Mr. Hands’s holographic phone calls. We need to remind you that you must prepare yourself when you go there. The preparation is not just with your gun but also with your higher level. You can find the club in Dogtown, which isn’t friendly to most.

You can easily spot the Heavy Hearts club from afar because of its pyramid structure, dazzled by green neon lights. These lights make it a beacon that isn’t that easy to miss.

When you are there, you can enjoy the music, have a lap dance, or simply go to Mr Hands’ private room. There you can talk out your next gig with him and advance the story. You don’t need the Cyberpunk 2077 mods to add these effects and additions in the game to enjoy this side of the cyberpunk world.

3. Badlands Canyon

There is something serene about the vast expanse and the silence of the wind you can experience there. It is a stark contrast from the hustle and bustle of the Night City. There you don’t get a moment’s reprieve to your sensory receptors. Here, you can sit back and enjoy the expanse of the edge of the world of CP 2077.

4. The City Center of Cyberpunk 2077

If you want to know and see where all of the game’s worlds collide and mix, the city center is the place to be. Whenever you are there, you can feel that it is the most concentrated place in the game, providing immense exploration and sightseeing.

It couldn’t be any different from any other metropolitan city IRL, where you see modern architecture and huge, sprawling buildings. But it also has the downtown, the ghetto, and places where you can see the poor, along with the filth that this city has to offer.

Now, that’s not all about the city center. It presents the visitor with distinct locations that aren’t easy to miss. You get to see the bar area, where the office blocks are situated, and more. Each area here has a distinct feel and people to see.

5. Misty’s Esoterica Rooftop

If you are tired from the hustle and bustle of the city, then you must visit this rooftop that brings a halt to the fast-paced game design. Sit down, relax, light up a cigarette, and enjoy the silence and the sense of peace this rooftop has to offer.

You can find access to this location between Misty’s Esoterica and Viktor’s Clinic. Once you are here, look for an elevator that might be easy to miss on the first try. Take the elevator to the rooftop, and there you are there. You can, though, wait for the regular progression of Cyberpunk 2077, as one of the story missions will take you there.

6. Reconciliation Park

The park is an oasis surrounded by concrete behemoths, and it is one of the places that isn’t that easy to find. When you are close to the entrances of the park, it’s easy to miss as it isn’t near roads where most of the players roam around on their favorite vehicles. You do get to visit this place if you take up the mysterious monk on his offer.

This park is one of the many reasons why the developers’ dedication shows in the game and how much effort they put in. Surrounded by concrete and metal, just near the Corpo Plaza, this park is a testament to the greatness of the game. It is the only green you see for miles in the Night City.

So visit this place whenever you are around on a mission or just strolling along, as Reconciliation Park has the calmness of the chaos of Night City.

7. North Oak Columbarium

The Columbarium is a place where people come to pay their respects to their loved ones who have passed on. The place is filled with big slabs of concrete with names written of people who died but without actual graves. Each slab holds a different story of different lives spent in the Night City. When you visit this place, it offers a different perspective on the cyberpunk world of the game. There are still a lot of people who hold to the world view of generations past.

8. Arasaka Waterfront in Cyberpunk 2077

While the rest of the Cyberpunk 2077 world has different stories, architecture, and an amalgamation of different districts, Arasaka is totally different. It is the true futuristic outlook you will find in the game. It shows what true advancements feel like and looks head-on into the future. With improved graphics from the Cyberpunk 2077 update recently, it looks even more impressive to visit.

The best thing about this location is that even though it may hold many dark secrets, some of which you will see in the story, it is still the calmest place in the game. How about that, right?
