Checkpoint 28 (44%)

To enter the Purple Orb world, you need to do a few simple steps. First, you’ll need to find the Orange Orb and put it in a purple puddle that’s forming. This will take you into the Purple Orb world. Once you’re in, go to the right and down some stairs until you find a funnel at the lowest point. Put the Orange Orb into this funnel, then return to where you were. The Orange Orb will build a bridge so you can keep going.

After crossing the bridge, go as far right as possible. You’ll see a black panel on the ground, but don’t worry about it for now. Keep going until you find another funnel on the far right. Put the Orange Orb in there. This part shows the importance of paying attention to your surroundings and exploring carefully.

Next, you’ll come across stone pillars with a ball on a track. Leave it alone for now, and keep going to the right. Then, go north to get the Orange Orb again. Put it in a nearby socket, and it’ll turn into a spider-like creature that can move with you. This shows you need to make smart choices about when to do certain things in the Cocoon Video game.

Now, go back to the platform on the right side, and you’ll see a black panel near a fleshy growth. The Orange Orb will go into the growth by itself, activating the panel. This helps you move the Orange Orb to a lower area. Go back to the ball on the track and use it to move the Orange Orb across the gap. This part shows how everything in the environment is connected, and you need to use it to your advantage.

After the Orange Orb?

Once you have the Orange Orb again, go back to the big structure with the black panel next to it. When you put the Orange Orb in the socket, a door will open, so go through it. Inside, use the panel to go down to a lower area. This shows how you need to work together with the Orange Orb to unlock new areas.

You’ll find a transporter and two sockets on a platform in the lower area. Put the Orange Orb in one socket and use the transporter to get the Green Orb. Put the Green Orb in the other socket, and a scene will start. This part introduces a new game mechanic where you must use different orbs and interact with the environment to keep moving forward. It’s all about making smart decisions and working with the game elements.

Checkpoint 29 (46%)

When you regain control in the game, you’ll notice that your Orange and Green Orbs now have wings, and they fly towards separate paths—one to the right (Orange) and the other to the left (Green). Your task is to explore these paths to find and bring back your orbs. You decide to go after the Orange Orb first. This adds excitement to the Cocoon Video game because you must explore different areas and solve Cocoon puzzles to get your orbs back. It makes the game more interesting, encouraging you to explore and discover the secrets hidden in each area.

As you go to the right, you’ll find the Orange Orb snugly placed in a socket. Take it and head back, but now pillars are blocking your way. So, you must find another way by going south and using an invisible path to reach a lower area.

You need to find a funnel in this big area and put the Orange Orb in it. Then, go through a pipe to collect the orb at the end. You’ll also find another socket where you’ll give the Orange Orb spider-like abilities. This makes the Cocoon video game more challenging as you have to navigate through complex environments using new powers.

On to the Orange Orb

Guide the Orange Orb up some stairs and through stone pillars to go back down. Activate a panel to build a bridge for the Orange Orb to join you. Before moving on, go back to the funnel. Nearby, there are stairs leading downwards. At the bottom, there’s a pit with two panels. Put the Orange Orb on one panel to weigh it down and stand on the other. This will reveal a Moon Ancestor, which adds more to the Cocoon game story.

Reattach the Orange Orb’s spider legs and return to where you started. Now, look at the big structure opposite the Moon Ancestor area. Make the Orange Orb stand on a panel inside and remove it, leaving its legs behind. Go up some stairs and activate another panel to clear the way back to the central wall.

Reattach the Orange Orb’s legs and go back to the central wall. The Orange Orb will jump into the wall and stay there. Take it out, and this time, go left. Follow the invisible path and head straight to the left. You’ll find another funnel. Put the Orange Orb in it to go down and get new legs. Go through some rocky poles to get the Green Orb from a socket nearby. This part highlights the importance of exploring and making smart choices to advance in the Cocoon Video game.

Time for the Green Orb

Use the Green Orb to shift a block nearby, allowing you to reach a higher ledge. There are more blocks and walls to shift, and your goal is to bring the Orange Orb to your location.

Move the Orange Orb to the top right of the lower area. Then, go to the left side of the upper walkway and shift a block there. Next on the list for Cocoon game walkthrough, when the Orange Orb comes near, shift another block to lift it to the middle platform. This shows how you can manipulate space and work with your orb companion.

Let the Orange Orb come to you, then shift the block again to reunite with it. Repeat this process to bring both of you back to the top level. With the reunion done, return to the invisible bridge and cross it together. This part emphasizes teamwork and coordination to overcome challenges and progress in the game.

Checkpoint 30 (48%)

When you put the Orbs into the wall, something changes. The wall turns into a platform. Step onto this platform and press a button that appears. This starts a journey to a new place. This is a big moment of the Cocoon video game because it shows all your hard work has paid off. Using the power of the orbs, you can now go to places you couldn’t reach before, which lets you explore more in the game.

Checkpoint 31 (49%)

Once you get off the platform, you’ll find a transporter. Use it to take the Orange Orb to the main world and place it in a special spot. Then, go back to the Purple Orb world, bringing the Green Orb with you.

Next, use the Green Orb to move through some blocks and reach another transporter. Go through it and exchange the Green Orb for the Orange Orb. It’s a good idea to combine them before returning to the Purple Orb world.

Use the Orange Orb to cross a gap by following an invisible path. Once you’re across, put it in a socket near a dome-like structure, which will open up to reveal another transporter. This one has a special feature—a pedestal—that lets you explore other Orb worlds, something only possible in the main world before.

Put the Orange Orb on the pedestal and enter the Orange Orb world to get the Green Orb. Take it back to the Purple Orb world. Use the Green Orb to move a block nearby and reach the top of a ledge. From there, go to the right, and you’ll find a yellow sphere with a Drone inside. This shows how different Orb worlds are connected and how using their special powers helps you progress through the Cocoon video game and discover new things.

Checkpoint 32 (51%)

Five symbols are on the ground near the yellow sphere. You need to activate them in a specific order by following clues. First, move up the block next to the yellow sphere. When you reach the top, you’ll see a symbol on a distant pillar. Move right to find another block you can move through. Keep moving through this block to reveal symbols until you’ve found all five in the right order. Remember the order they appeared in.

Go back to the yellow sphere area and walk over the symbols in the order you noted. This will make an orange sphere appear. Approach it and activate the yellow sphere to create a small drone to help you. Next, head north and let the drone clear the rocks. Then, go up the stairs, but watch for the drone eater. You’ll need to find another way past it.

Go back to where you started and put the Green Orb on the middle pedestal. Go into the Green Orb world and let the drone eater capture the drone. Then, go back to the Purple Orb world and take the Green Orb with the captured drone. Bring it past the drone eater along with the Orange Orb.

The Transporter and Green Sphere

Activate the transporter and put the Green Sphere on the middle pedestal again. Go into the Green Sphere world to retrieve the drone. Then, return to the Purple Sphere world. Move right and let the drone clear the stone pillars. Keep going and let the drone interact with the blue object, which will activate sockets ahead.

Put one Green Orb and one Orange Orb into separate sockets. They will rise into the walls and open the door, creating a bridge for you. This shows how different elements work together to help you progress.

Continue north to find your Green and Orange Orbs on hatches. Step on the pressure plates next to each orb to send them across a gap. Once they’re both safely across, they’ll work together to make a bridge for you. This teamwork is essential for overcoming obstacles and moving forward in the game.

Checkpoint 33 (52%)

After the green and orange balls fly away, go right and check out what’s there. Now during this Cocoon walkthrough Xbox, walk along the path until you reach the end, where you’ll see a Moon Ancestor who needs your help. After you’ve helped them, go back and follow your balls to the north.

cocoon-video-game-checkpoint-33

You’ll see them sitting in spots, making a bridge to the next area. Walk across this bridge to continue in the game. You’ll need to work with the balls and other objects around you to keep moving forward.

Checkpoint 34 (54%)

Walk on the bridge made by glowing balls to get to the other side. Over there, get ready to fight a big boss. Gear up for the tough battle and beat the boss to move forward in the game.

How to Defeat the Boss?

In the middle of the area, there’s a small purple plant. When you pull it out, a tiny flower pops up. Try this out a bit. After a while, a bigger plant-like thing will grow on one of the edges.

Grab the explosive plant you found and head towards this big plant thing. Do this a few times until the boss wakes up, and the fight starts. This part teaches you an important way to play and gets you ready for the boss battle.

The boss will jump onto the platforms in the circular arena, spinning fast as it moves around. You’ll get kicked out of the game area if it touches you, so be careful. When the boss gets close, use the teleport ability to quickly move to where the flower clone is. Watch out for a small black tornado—after it shows up, the boss will teleport there and make that platform unusable for a bit. Dodge both attacks to win.

As you fight the boss, more plant-like things will appear. Use them to hurt the boss. Move carefully, time your attacks right to dodge the boss’s moves, and hit it where it’s weak. You’ll have to do this several times.

Shifting to Platforms

After getting hurt, the boss will smash some platforms one after the other—first one, then two, then three—trying to crush you. But don’t worry, the platforms will glow blue before the boss smashes them, giving you time to move away. When you see the blue glow, run! The platforms will come back after a short while.

When the boss takes enough hits, it puts red stuff on the platforms, slowing you down. Even though the boss keeps attacking the same way, you’ll need to be extra careful because you’ll move slower now. Use the clone plant’s abilities to dodge the boss better despite being slower. Change your plan to beat this new challenge and win the fight.

In the last part of the fight, the big boss will put up a protective shield and start spinning fast around the arena. It’ll mix up all the attacks it’s used before. Also, it can now shut down three platforms at once. Watch out for signs that platforms are about to disappear, and use your clone flower to escape quickly if needed.

You must change your tactics to deal with the boss’s stronger attacks and the shield. Move carefully, time your moves just right, and be quick to dodge the boss’s attacks and find chances to hit back. It’ll take determination and toughness to beat this final stage and win against this tough opponent.
